As a pop-up store (open only a few times each year) we are limited in what we can do for returns and exchanges. We do accept size exchanges (ie same product) in person on the select spring days we sell at events in Seattle. So this is mostly for our local customers (but if you are planning a visit out for one of these events that also will work).  Please contact us (see below) to coordinate the exchange.
